Work with founders to develop customer segmentation strategies for all of Klub’s partners and stakeholders.
Work with founders and senior leadership to create and continuously refine Klub’s activation and engagement strategy for all of Klub’s partners and stakeholders.
Ideate, plan, execute and track RoI for all content, field, and experiential marketing activities.
Spearhead other marketing channels including social/digital/content/influencer and create a cohesive marketing strategy for Klub.
Engage in outreach to influencers and traditional media channels to create brand awareness for Klub, and to drive non-paid media coverage.
Define and drive the progress of critical KPI’s including Net Promoter Score and measures of brand awareness.
Create sourcing channels for brands and patrons for Klub in a cost-efficient way.
Research, analyze and share competitive field activation and experiential marketing insights and activity from spending time in the field.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to run select strategic projects.
Excellent understanding of different marketing channels and having a custom playbook for each channel
Strong operational expertise, paired with long-term strategic vision
Ability to creating a Wow! experience for all of Klub’s partners and stakeholders
Ability to develop a detailed brief and help the team understand and deliver on the goal outlined.
Have a strong understanding of influencer marketing channel
Should be able to convert stats into useful insights and track RoI
Strong collaborative skills to be able to work with different teams within Marketing and other departments
Strong attention to detail.
Immaculate written and oral communication skills
3+ years of experience in managing marketing activities across channels and driving significant RoI from marketing activities.
Fundamental understanding of integrated, multi-channel marketing concepts and best practices
Proven expertise in developing, executing, and measuring integrated campaigns
Experience with organizing events, meet-ups, and conferences is a plus
Prior startup experience is a plus
Strong academic credentials from a Tier 1 institution.
Significant understanding of the fin-tech and financial services space.
Bonus: Tier 1 MBA.
Bonus: Southeast Asian market knowledge or experience.
